Applied on the post at linkedin. HR contacted me, then team lead phone interviewed me about user stories and any experience in agile project management. next then senior manager just asking me about general questions, it only took about 15 minutes or so...Overall easy questions.

Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
