Evaluan la parte logica de programacion y despues la parte tecnica. Tambien se hace una actividad grupal en donde te evaluan el desempeño que tenes con otras personas. Primero tuve una entrevista con la mujer de recursos humanos y despues vino el "jefe tecnico" a evaluarme junto con ella para ver como nos desenvoliamos

Interview
The HR interview especially the first one was not professional.
The technical interview was very normal process with a lot of questions the interviewer was very friendly and communicated the question well, over all it was a good experience.
Intervew process is virtul about 40 min ,asking about .net ,react .
They also ask to share screen and ask 2 coding question on .net and react.
Overall interview process is not so hard.
it went smooth, with 3 rounds of communication and followed by one technical round and then directly selected for the job they ask about our academics projects and mainly test our soft skills
