Interview Process is good. I have three interview rounds which are Technical 1 , Technical 2 & HR round. Technical rounds are taken by Program mangers, BU head & Architects.

Moderate and process oriented interview process. Their internal applications are outsourced but well maintained Structure. Their payscale is good. More basic pay. Some projects may have hectic work schedule. This is my interview experience about Capgemini India Pvt Ltd.

Interview
Interview process are too agile and transparent with the expectation for the job profile. Interviews are happened on time without any delay or postponed. Screening of the candidates by the recruiters are top notch. Regular follow up with candidate during different levels of interviews by HR team is politely handled.
