Interview
The technical Interview process was good and smooth. But the main problem with Capgemini is their after-the-technical interview process. they will take enough no. of weeks to get the approval even if you ask for any amount (less or more). And they only process your offer letter at your LWD or just before or after it and will ask you to join immediately after within a day or two.
