Hi, The interview process is very smooth There were 2 rounds L1 and L2 and the interview process was very smooth Since I was already a part of Capgemini before I am rejoining so it was easy for me.

The hiring process involved three rounds of interviews followed by an HR discussion. All interview rounds included a balanced mix of technical, functional, and behavioural questions. Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.
