Technical interview process -
1) Got a call to inform about the Technical interview.
2) Mail was sent to confirm the time and date.
3) On the given date and time, I got a call on Teams for the interview.
4) Team asked me the interview questions.
5) I was asked if I have any questions for them.
6) I was told if I get selected, I will hear from them in a next couple of weeks.

1) Definition - SAP, ECC, S4 HANA, ERP
2) Questions related to Master Data - Material Master, Bill of Material, Work Center, Routing, Production version - creation and configuration
3) Demand Management - definition, what is MTS / MTO?, Which strategies I used in my current and previous experience and Why? Procedure, in short, of my strategy.
4) Questions related to Order Type and transaction codes.
5) Questions related to Production Order / Planned Order / Purchase Requisition, etc.
6) Batch Management related Questions
7) My experience in Kanban and procedure

The interview process included resume shortlisting, an initial HR screening, a technical round focused on SAP IS Retail knowledge, a managerial round assessing problem-solving skills, and final HR discussion for offer.

Graduate Scheme Assessment Centre - One round featured questions in relation to your knowledge of Capgemini, SAP and consulting. The second round featured an activitiy with other participants when you are provided a task and have to select the correct approach, using options provided to each participant.
