HR Round- Includes basic details, CTC etc, Managerial round- Technical question and checking your experience and Only test- 45 minutes. After clearing all these round, you have to mail your documents to HR Deptt. Then you have to undergo BGV verification. That means your bank statement verifications from on call banking portal statement fetch.

Interview was useful and understandable. They asked me subject related questions and I have answered confidently all the questions. Interview level was medium. So Interview process was good and not very tough.

This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
