Extremely easy process - perhaps too easy. First interview - the interviewer seemed pre-occupied with something else. Second interview - was more like a conversation, which I liked, but the interviewer perhaps spoke more than they should instead of focusing on my responses. Turns out I was not interviewed by anyone within the practice I was applying for. Also, it took a hell of a lot of time before I actually did a project that was aligned to the job profile.
