A 3-step process:
1. Got a screening call from the recruiter. Standard questions about CV, salary, expectations, reason to join, etc
2. Interview with a Management Consultant which was the recruiting manager. This is to assess your technical and presentation skills. I was sent data to analyse an hour prior to the interview. Data was sent in Excel and you can use any tool to analyse it and present it in PPT. While the case itself is not difficult the time to do the analyses is limited and thus overall it is not easy.
3. Talent Selection Event (TSE) with a group of candidates and several managers and consultants. This is to assess your teamwork and presentation skills. We were a group of 5 candidates and we were given a case study to prepare a presentation and present to the client. You are given instructions and then given an hour to prepare on a shared document online. The assessors are watching both the preparation and presentation parts. It was challenging as the time is very limited for the task. Luckily the group was all collaborative so we did great.
