I interviewed at Capital One (California City, CA)
Interview
Old fashioned interviews, not relevant to roles.
They still think a couple of behavioral rounds (whoever gets prepared for some classic stories is a great candidate) and coding/random system design rounds would give more signal. Interviewers attitude is mixed with some more pleasant than the others
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
system design (not on what you have built but some standard questions in their catalogue).
Same with case study.
And behavioral rounds especially 2 are overkill, one is enough and that too to understand the actual experience. By pushing for STAR format Q&A, they don't get any real signal most of the time
