Most HRs are super nice and accommodating
Interviewers are good as well (but sometimes they are distracted)
The biggest and repeated observation is: HRs ghost after final round if it is a No
Forget getting a feedback even a Yes or No doesn't happen until months pass and you can assume that it was a No
Hiring interviewers/HRs should atleast give some feedback to those who reached the final round so they can do better next time or in other applications?
People spend 5/6/10 hours preparing for them and a 10 minutes feedback can make a world of a difference
And tell a Yes or a No within 7 or 10 days of the interview please
