The process was well organized by the recruiter and moderately quick, although I didn't get my first round interview until many weeks after I applied.
1st round: Easy behavioral by a nice interviewer.
2nd round: 3 hours.
Easy behavioral, rigidly went through three behavioral questions and then left 30 minutes for chitchat.
Job fit: Situational questions on what you would do if... if you theoretically had a managerial position somewhere. "How to let your lead manager know that you'll be missing a deadline because a team you're not a part of fell behind" and similar things like that.
Case: Easy case, barely any math except one algebra breakeven question (how many months will it take to break even). Keep track of what units they're asking for and talk through your process. Always make sure when they ask your opinion on the effects of a business decision or whatever you mention more than just 1 effect (like obvious that profit will go down, but will customer acquisition go up?? etc).
