30 min screening and competency-based interview. One of the most uncomfortable interviews I've ever taken part of. The interviewer open the video call looking like she had just rolled out of bed and would have preferred to be doing anything else. She barely held eye-contact and was cold and disinterested, which sadly immediately threw me off. They stuttered as they read questions to me and looked like they weren't interested in my answers at all, or in engaging with me from the start, for the matter.
