Applied online and spoke to one of the higher up engineering managers.
The convo went well and he told me that he will be emailing me tomorrow to schedule a phone screen with an engineer.
I didn't hear back for a week so I reached out. Never got a response wouldn't waste time with these guys.
Honestly I feel like he was pretty disrespectful. You should just say you don't want to move forward instead of stringing someone along.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Didn't really ask anything out of the ordinary. Just standard stuff like what have you been doing for the last 6 months.
The interview process typically involves resume screening, technical rounds coding or problem solving, HR interviews for cultural fit, and sometimes group discussions or aptitude tests to assess overall candidate suitability.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Karma
Interview
Recruiter reached out via Email. So I scheduled a phone screen. Then got called for an on-site. I think it went well. But recruiter never got back to me even after sending many follow up emails. Seems to be a similar experience to other reviews here.
