Initial phone screen with a recruiter. Then a phone screen with the hiring manager and a senior analyst for background, experience and skills. In-person interview was scheduled with 3 VPs and a Senior Analyst, but they added on another Product Manager and Senior Analyst to the process. CK was also kind enough to grab me a sandwich as the interview got extended by another hour and a half. Each of the interviewers was very analytical in nature, quants and other geeks should thrive in this type of place. Only one interviewer asked a cultural fit type question around travel/languages, the rest were very down to business. I already work in a Bay Area startup and think CK offers the standard Bay Area fare: snacks, arcade games & game area, keg, showers, bike racks. Only thing missing is a company gym and lunch. Office is off of Market between Montgomery & Powell, so plenty of options in that area. Only downside (other than not getting an offer) is that it took a week for them to get back to me on their decision.
