Three-step interview process, first phone interview with a Human Resources manager discussing mostly what was on my CV, second phone interview with aligned work manager discussing actual work and skills, third interview on-site with a site representative as a more personality-matching exercise (work managers were located elsewhere in the country).

Ho ricevuto una prima telefonata con una HR gentilissima, la quale mi ha chiesto un po' di background personale e di conoscenze generiche.
Dopodiché sono stato ricontattato per fissare un colloquio (online) con circa 5 persone.
Si è scoperto alla fine che la posizione aperta richiedeva una figura più skillata rispetto ad un NeoG.
Perdita di tempo e sogni ad occhi aperti...
