      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DXC Technology

      Interview

Great hiring process, wanted to know more about you and your work ethic and skills rather than textbook knowledge. Made it easy to talk to them but a very professional and transparent environment.

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at DXC Technology (Tallahassee, FL) in Sept 2017

      Interview

I secured an on-campus interview after attending their information session, and career fair. I was able to interview with an alumni from my university, in the position that I was applying for. She was close in age, and was able to provide a relatable experience to what student applicants were going through. We spoke mostly about me, the classic "tell me about yourself" question was asked. During my questions, she told me of her experience at Tribridge and referenced how far they went to make her feel welcome and make her transition moving , and working at the company great. She very clearly displayed how much the company cares about its employees. Today, around three weeks after that on-campus interview I received a call to schedule an onsite interview at their headquarters in Tampa.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DXC Technology (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2017

      Interview

The interview process began with a phone screening from one of the department managers. The interviewer did a good job of articulating the position requirements and direction of the department. They asked relevant questions and we discussed career goals. The next step was an onsite multi-step interview with which I met with several leaders from manager through VP. The total time onsite was approximately 5 hours. I met with each leader in a 1:1 lasting ~30 minutes per. Each interviewer asked various questions consisting of soft skills, technical and background. You are also treated to lunch with one of the interviewers. There was an exercise during the interview simulating a real life scenario with client stakeholders. At the end of the interview day, the HR coordinator stated that I would receive follow up within a week. This was accurate. Exactly one week later, the HR manager contacted me stating they are interested but need more time to determine where to place me. It has been roughly 3 weeks since the interview and there has not yet been a formal offer extended. Overall their process is very professional and thorough. They want to make sure that the people they hire will fit their culture, can quickly adapt to their processes and industry changes .
