It was simple but I felt it was very casual. Questions were too narrowed. Probably the position they were hiring for was more intended towards a team member rather than someone with leadership qualities.

Very flimsy...ask a few questions on the role. The questions pertained more to the names and roles of individuals in other companies...do you know that individual or this individual...what does so and so do these days...why did so and so leave...why are you leaving ?
