Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is fastApi and how do you use it in your projects?
appeared for the Associate Software Engineer position as part of a campus hiring drive in August 2023. The interview process began with an online assessment, which I successfully cleared. Following that, I was invited for a virtual interview.
The interview was conducted by a single panelist and began with an introduction and discussion about my background. Since Python was my primary programming language, I was asked several fundamental questions related to Python. The interviewer also inquired about the details of my academic project, including my role and the technologies used.
In addition to technical questions, I was asked about the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), demonstrating the interview’s focus on both practical and theoretical knowledge.
The latter part of the interview consisted of behavioral questions. These included inquiries about my strengths and weaknesses, and how I have managed conflict within a team, along with other situational scenarios aimed at evaluating soft skills and problem-solving ability.
Unfortunately, after the interview, I did not receive any communication regarding the outcome. Despite following up, the company did not provide any feedback or result, and I was eventually ghosted.
