I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dr. Reddy's (Hyderābād) in Mar 2009
Interview
Well, i thought my interview went well. But i wasnt made an offer. In hindsight, i think i gave a very wrong answer to a typical question, which was, " Why do you want to leave your job in a company like Reliance, and come work for us", and i answered, " Two reason, 1. The location. 2. The package". The blunder here, although the words spoken were true, was that they were not looking for this answer. They wanted to hear something along the lines of " How great the work culture at Dr Reddy's is, the intelligent peer group et al". In short, honesty is not always the best policy, especially in a job interview
Interview process consisted of an initial phone screening followed by three to four individual interviews with various members of the department. Questions included a summary of your professional or academic background, experiences within the pharmaceutical industry, and intentions/goals for applying to the role

I applied through university. I interviewed at Dr. Reddy's (New Delhi)
Interview
The entire process was very smooth. It was one of the companies that came for our campus placements. I was slightly nervous but the interviewer was quite easy to talk to and made me very comfortable. By the end of it, I realized I didn't want the job due to the location (Hyderabad) and declined the offer.
