EY Contract Program Manager interview questions

Unprofessional interviewers. One informed me he would validate my claims via his network at one of my former employers. The one little problem was that I worked at said employer 12-15 years ago (for 3 yr) and it was a large investment bank. Why did I talk about 12-15 year-old experience? Because he asked about it specifically. The other interviewer also focused on my older experience. Both interviewers exhibited behaviors that they only interested in hiring people (looked/acted) exactly like them.
