I was headhunted for this position. The interview process was pretty standard and consisted of a Case interview and a behavioral interview - both of which took place in a 2,5 hour interview. There were two interviewers present (same level as position offered)

round 1: technical - asked on past project experience and few technical questions
round 2: technical+managerial asked on past project experience, technical questions as well as behavioural questions.
It was good and very handy questions on resume and basic understanding of topics . General topics regarding pega CSA and CSSA with hands on question . Also expect some of project managerial skill .
