Not a quality based interviews. Peers can interview their peers over the phone or F2F. Expectations are not setup correctly during interviews. the position you applied and you work for will be different
Some technical questions, mostly checking for cultural fit. Very professional and easy going. They wanted to make sure I understood what I was signing up for. Recruiter did take a while to get back to me

Process was very disjointed and chaotic. Communication was good but seemed like every step was unplanned. Ultimately decided to hire internally after multiple back and forth conversations to set up interviews.

Quite easy to be frankly surprised how simple it was. Everyone was polite and helpful. The process also went pretty quickly. But given how easy it was it’s a good thing I’m actually a good employee they got lucky
