Got a call from HR for this position 2 weeks ago..firstly had a telephonic screening interview for 20 mins...after that they asked me to come down for face to face interview after a week..
Had a Skype technical interview for 30 mins and went for the second round of interview...it went for nearly one hour technical discussion...where the person is expecting the text book answers...

Worst Experience ever.
Took 2 round of interviews which went well.
HR and Talent team stopped responding.
After one month asked for the Documents.
Again after two week scheduled another round which went well.
Finally offering same amount as previous organization.

they need UNIX but they did not mention anywhere in the JD.
informed to reach by 11am but interview conducted at 2pm.
It would be better if they have given the JD clearly.
