They asked entirely too much in the interview process. From a phone screen, and 5 fact-to-face interviews WITH a presentation. Ridiculous in this market to ask that. Salary was sub par and benefits were a joke.
I applied online and received an invitation to interview a week later. I responded with my availability and did not hear back, so I followed up a week later with updated availability and again did not hear back.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epsilon (West Chicago, IL)
Interview
Moved very quickly in the process. First was phone interview, then a second phone interview and then a face to face. They make it sound like you have a good chance but they are fake people! Do not waste your time interviewing here. Instead of sending a thank you email, the recruiter calls me and was rude about them not moving forward with an offer. She was overly confrontational and pointed out negative points. Very inappropriate way to decline a candidate. Will never apply here again.
