Fifth Third Customer Service Representative interview questions

It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

In person interview. Was asked scenarios and what I would do in said scenarios. Ex. If an upset customer comes to you how would you react and reply. I was also asked why I was interested in working for a bank.
