Interview
Recruiting/Interview easy going, comfortable. Gave the chance to get to know my potential manager/supervisor.
They were very prompt with the entire process from start to finish. It started out with a recruiter and a brief 5 minute phone interview. From there it moved to an actual onsite interview which resulted in an on the spot offer.
It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
