I was interviewed for a position in India and the entire process consisted of 4 rounds:
1. Python+SQL online test
2. Technical Interview
3. Managerial Interview
4. HR Round
All the rounds typically happened a week after each other for me with the managerial round getting a bit delayed due to both my as well as the interviewer's availability. However, I must say that the HRs at Fractal Analytics are one of the most professional and prompt HRs that I have interacted with. They ensured that any change in the interview schedule was communicated as early as possible to the candidates and the panelist so that the process was smooth and quick for everyone.
Moreover, the interviewers too were pretty friendly as well as patient in all the rounds. They try to direct you to the right direction and aid you in the process. Most importantly, I felt that the interviewers made sure that the candidates are comfortable during the time of the interview.

Question 1
All the rounds at Fractal test you on different aspects of your functional knowledge.
While the Python and SQL rounds tested the hands on programming skills, the technical round focused entirely on the concepts involved in ML algorithms and the projects that you have worked on.
The managerial round was more of a business case study round where a business case of their client was presented to me and I was asked to provide a solution for the problem. The interviewer will also guide you to the right direction in case you are off the track.
The HR round deals with questions on your personality and some basic client handling experiences.
Given interview recently at Fractal for the role of senior consultant. The interview process was very fast. There were 3 rounds totally. First round is technical round then second round was manager round and third round was HR round.

After participating in nearly four rounds of interviews and waiting for almost two weeks to get feedback, I received a rejection email that seemed generated by ChatGPT.
Is definitely a company that doesn't care about candidate experience and, at least you are desperate, I would avoid interviewing with them at all cost.

After clearing their qualifying test, I had a technical round, followed by managerial round and then one more technical round. I am still in the limbo. No response from the HR.
