The interview process was very long and tedious. They never get back to you in the time frame they mention. "One week" translates to "three weeks" easily. They give you an assignment (mostly powerpoint presentations), ask you to present it later during the personal interview. During the time I was at Frost, almost everyone who came in for the interview got a job. Employees keep leaving.

It has 3 levels of interview. First level of interview, care study and final level panel interview. In the case study level you will have to work on an assignment and they will be providing you a deadline for that. It's a best way to analyse the candidate's skills and experience.
