Interview
first there was an online application submission then a recruiter reached out to you if you had a profile that matched their needs. You would set up a phone conversation with a person from HR and if you made it past that round you were to present a project from a prompt GAP issues. The next interview is a Skype presentation of the project you made with another recruiter and if you make it past that round you fly out to the San Francisco HQ for a rotational interview day.

Question 1
Describe a time you solved a problem where many people disagreed on the solution
Many rounds of interviews and case. The case was exciting but the final interview day was hardest. Make sure you're able to defend your ideas and have a lot of knowledge and opinions on the fashion industry ready to discuss.
First round was standard behavioral and background questions, although they read from a list the whole time and didn't care much about who you are. The project round, spent 30-40 hours on my project, only had a week to do it, and they rejected me with no reasoning why. Waste of time and clearly don't value the people who invest time into their interview process.
Super intense interview process with a behavioral test, project, and trend questions. I made it to the project-based interview and thought I nailed it, however, I received an informal rejection email a couple weeks later. Overall, it was a gruesome process and extremely stressful.
