when i applied online, i got called on the next day for an interview on the weekend. i went and it was a group interview, simple questions as to customer service, your experience, your fashion, example of good and bad customer service you received.

Question 1
Making you do a scenario, like the manger being a customer and having to attend him in his needs.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
