it was an relaxed and friendly interview. i got interview by one of the manager. she is nice and create a friendly environment. she asked me about my background and tell me about the company. she told my about the situation in the store and ask me about my availability.

tell me about yourself, do you have any customer services experience and what do you act when the customer being cranky in the long line?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
