I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group
Interview
For the first interview, I was contacted by the recruiter and was given a phone interview which lasted approximately 45 minutes. During that interview I was asked 2 behavioral questions (Tell me about a time you displayed leadership, etc.). The recruiter that I talked to was very pleasant, and informed me immediately at the conclusion of the interview that I was invited to the second round of interviews.
The second round was in Chicago. It consisted of 2 separate 45 minute interviews, one was another series of behavioral questions, and the other was a case study. At the conclusion of the case study I was basically handed a piece of paper with a math problem on it and asked to solve the problem and write down the answer. Again, both interviewers were very warm and encouraging during the entire process. Within 24 hours I was contacted again and told that I was invited to the third round of interviews.
The third round was also in Chicago, I arrived in the city the night before the interviews and was provided with a hotel room. There were several stages of the final round. First, there was a breakfast with the other candidates and some of the associates and managers from Huron. Then, I had 2 more 45 minute interviews. This time both interviews were much more informal; it honestly felt at times like I was just chatting with some work friends. Questions mostly centered around why I wanted to work for Huron, Why do I like healthcare, and What solution group I was most interested in. I then spent about an hour and a half with other candidates in a Q&A session with several current employees.
The following Monday I was offered a job. Overall I had a great experience, everyone involved with the interview process was very professional and seemed to genuinely want me to do well.

Campus recruiting; Recruiter interviewer and one super day that consisted of 3 separate interviews, one of which included a case (healthcare specific). The recruiter was very responsive to all questions and they offered a webinar for preparation. Offer was delivered through a phone call, promptly after the super day

Interview
3 rounds. Telephone screen with HR, then 2 rounds of interviews. First round is case based, 2nd round has a case and then behavioural questions with separate interviewers. Cases are 30 minutes and relatively easy if you've done your prep.

Interview
4 rounds, 1 recruiter, 1 case interview, 2 back to back with upper management. Case interview was relatively easy, nothing like MBB. 2 back to back with upper managment was a superday and they grill you on behaviorals, company values, things like that.
