HR/behavioral portion: your strengths/weaknesses, why IBM, relocation
Role-relevant technical questions: Golden rules of Accounting, Basic accounting questions

Interview
you will wait 1-2 weeks after interview to get an update. questions are okay. most of them are situational and behavioral. the interview with hiring manager took about 30mins. you need to have patience while waiting for the result cause it may took longer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Jun 2016

Make sure that when you tell about yourself don't exaggerate because you don't from where they will be asking you questions
