      2 skype talks: one with 2 members of the group and a one with the hiring manager. Questions were mainly about what I do, my background and a few basic programming questions and questions on the platforms I am using. Then an onsite interview that included several one-to-one meetings and a talk/presentation about my work. The one to one meetings included programming questions (related to data structures, uml diagrams), what methods would you use to solve an X problem?, HR questions, questions about research topics that I had worked in the past

      The interviewer was very friendly. He started by describing the research that is going on in IBM right now. Then he asked about my research and I went in substantial details. Finally he asked a couple machine learning questions, mainly on unsupervised learning. No coding questions.
