as i was to join in storage domain so my interview was storage specific. i was asked about the various storage technologies. san, nas, raid levels etc.
I was hired in through contracting company. Interviewed first by that company however it was mostly just telling them what my experience was and providing them keywords that would look good.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
First was online aptitude test followed by technical+HR interview. Technical questions were subject related and project related. Nothing major and HR interview was more concentrated about me, my hobbies, why i chose IBM.

Hiring is thru contract bases if you are a fresher or it would be on campus selection. 1st round is a technical aptitude round , 2 nd is a 1 to 1 technical round and the last round is manager round.
