Initial online application, then selected for an interview.
Interview was two phases, an hour each.
First hour with one employee: Behavioral/situational questions
Hour 2: Case interview, to exhibit strategic thinking and analytical skils

Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision that was not popular.
I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.

The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem
Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
