The recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn, the process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Banglore) in March 2016. These were telephonic and skype rounds. They took Total 5 rounds. They deal very politely with Interviewees. They started with Linux and ask based on my experience, In this phase interviewer decide whether they need to proceed or not. 2nd phase was OpenStack features and functionality. (3rd Phase) After that, they started actual interview on OpenStack that was completely based on production scenario, strategic and real time problems related to OpenStack environment. 4th round was the technical project manager round, it was also based on OpenStack. The final round was skyped round they said one face to face round is necessary. Finally, after 2 weeks I got an offer from IBM. But the Job was related to (band 5) engineer and the package offered (8.5 lacs) was not as per my expectations. And my current company was not ready to leave me so I stayed with the same company.
