After applying, took IBM IPAT, then had a coding interview through Hackerrank CodePair with a developer on the team. They asked me questions about my resume and experience, but didn't let me code.

Interview
A quick phone screen with very simple programming questions followed by an hour-long technical interview. Interviewers are nice, professional and very helpful in guiding an interviewee through the questions.
For the technical part, the hirevue platform was used. It is disliked by many but, in my case, it never really went in the way.
The interviewer did seem to know a great deal about his field and I was very impressed.
Great experience overall.
IBM will send you online invitation for 70 min test where it tests for C, OOP, and array etc.
There are about 20 multiple choices and 4-5 coding questions where you can compile and run the code on browser.

An online video interview was set up about a week after my application to the position on a Univeristy job board. The interviewer asked about my projects, past positions on my resume, and my coursework. Also asked if I had experience with completes. No technical problem to solve.
