Interview
only telephonic 3 rounds one face 2 face and one HR. A very pathetic process. The HR from IBM was very lazy and incompetent to organize the interview properly. Even before joining IBM I felt this is not the right company since one of the partner who was supposed to attend the interview dint turn up and they took lot of time to reorganize moreover the interview process felt like a joke !

Interview
I got a first interview with a technical leader with very detailed technical questions. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. That was mostly interpersonal and soft skill type of questions
