Once you have cleared telephonic round you need to go through HR Salary Negotiation
Telephonic Round involved discussion on Technical concepts of Archtecture of existing projects i was working

rather tedious, took me about 1 month and a half. Gap was mostly due to another role being offered to me. 2 hr ladies working on it, got an offer good enough to quit my previous job. liking it so far.
