My interview started with a telephonic interview with the HR manager for the basic Q&A. Round 2 was scheduled after 1 week with a senior strategy consultant and after another 3-4 days one of the senior most member of the organization interviewed me. Finally after 3 more days the HR manager called to discuss the number and offer letter was mailed.
