Little tough as they focused mostly on ITIL practices. Mostly they ask about the process you have followed in the previous company and ITIL based questions. Initial interview was with SME's, then Delivery Manager followed by HR round. Previous experience was an added advantage.

It was a lot smoother for me but when i spoke to my colleagues it was a very long and time consuming process for them. First was a telephonic round with the team lead followed by face to face with the manager. No HR round was conducted and offer was rolled out in a weeks time as I had another job offer in hand which i had to report in a weeks time
