It was three rounds ,two were technical with third being a managerial+salary negotiation in which the manager will inform you the best salary which they can provide with no negotiation. All of them went but things took a turn after I got selected as one month after to selection mail and taking all relevant documents they mailed that I won’t be getting on-board/ joining without any reason, the hr who would be calling you constantly for documents won’t even attend the call . I would like to say to everyone that don’t get excited after receiving the selected mail as IBM is notoriously famous to ditch you if they find a cheaper alternative to you.
