Applied online and interviewed shortly thereafter. Second interview within one week. Hiring process and timeline outlined at first interview, which is always appreciated. As with all good companies, a lot of qualified applicants.

The interview had multiple steps, starting with an AI asking tough recorded questions. I disliked the AI format. The second step was a screening call, making the process feel lengthy.
