applied online, passed the screening stage , then i got numerical, games, reasoning, behavioral online assessment
it was tricky and not sufficient time
but at least it was a good exercise

It was the first stage of my interview process, and required a PC or mobile with camera to record a video for IBM, There were 3 questions,and it took about 5 minutes.I made my desk neat and took it as my background.I checked what my camera will shoot at as well.
