There is a first fild in witch people have to solve puzzle like questions on a plataform they have online. These are not technical tasks. Instead they have some memmory puzzels and activities where people have to be very fast and put accurate aswers.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IBM (Barranquilla, Atlántico) in Jul 2021
