I had 4 rounds of interview, in that one is cognitive ability test rest are technical(1st & 2nd) and Managerial rounds. 1st round is with 2 onshore interviewers and 2nd is with onshore and offshore combinedly.

Interview itself was toxic ... Hiring Manager was more concerned about getting an NITK or VIT college graduate but not a candidate who is technically solid . After clearing 3 rounds got rejected just because I didnot graduate from a Nitk or very popular University.

It was a round of 2. First was the aptitude test and second was the HR and technical session. Post that after 1 month I got the offer letter. But salary wise it was below market standards.
