Interview
There is an aptitude test where it will test your visualization and pattern skills. if succeed you will be invited for a panel of interview where there will be 2 person asking you questions. questions that are not very difficult. Not alot of technical questions but more to why you are interested to work in IBM and your past roles. to see if you are suitable for the job.
I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.

The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem
Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
