4 or 5 round of interview process. They sent the salary split up. I was ok with that. I replied to the mail. But they didn't send any offer letter. Not responding in any mails and calls. Atleast tell the status to candidate. HR persons are irresponsible. Why you are wasting for this type of interview process.? If you don't need any candidate, just atleast inform them.
